Spam gluttony?

I am quite involved in the Lavender Country & Folk Dancers as a board member and the related Legacy project I described the yesterday. In the past 4 days I have received more than 85 emails attempting to focus and schedule three Legacy meetings, rescheduling the next Camp Committee meeting, setting the agenda for the next board meeting, preparing for the next newsletter, discussing problems with the mailing lists, working to formalize affiliation with the NYC dance group, notices about the next dances, and some backed up email from the aforementioned broken mailing list (including notices about dances that already occurred).

It makes my mailbox look like I invited some spam. While typing this, I got - 5 more - 1 that I sent to one of our mailing lists and a reply to one that I sent!
